Text

As used in the Enterprise Zone Act: A. "business facility" means the place of business within an enterprise zone of a business that is established within or begins operations in an enterprise zone; B. "economically disadvantaged worker" means an employed person whose income as an unrelated individual or whose family income is less than the federally established poverty level and is below seventy percent of the lower living-standard-income level as determined and published by the United States department of labor; C. "enterprise zone" means any geographical area that is designated as an enterprise zone in accordance with the provisions of the Enterprise Zone Act; D. "local government" means:

(1)the governing body of any county, incorporated municipality or Indian nation, tribe or pueblo; o
