Text
A. The municipality or county shall publish notice of the hearing conforming to locally adopted regulations governing change-of-zone requests, except as otherwise provided in this section. B. The notice shall contain:
(1)a headline to read as follows: "NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS RELATING TO POSSIBLE ADOPTION OF IMPACT FEES";
(2)the time, date and location of the hearing;
(3)a statement that the purpose of the hearing is to consider the land use assumptions that will be used to develop a capital improvements plan under which an impact fee may be imposed;
(4)an easily understandable map of the service area to which the land use assumptions apply; and (5) a statement that any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or agai
