§ 5-5-6 — Agreements between county and city
A county and a city may from time to time enter into agreements, long terms and short terms, with each other concerning any project, including but not necessarily limited to agreements concerning any power granted to either or both by this act [5-5-1 to 5-5- 23, 5-5-25 to 5-5-27 NMSA 1978], the exercise of such powers, and conditions and limitations thereupon, and including by way of example and not by limitation, a contract allocating a portion of any project to the exclusive use and control of any party thereto, a contract concerning the construction and equipment of a building, the plans and specifications therefor, and the work and materials incidental thereto, including the acquisition or improvement of the site therefor, or both, a contract for the ownership, care, custody, control,
