New Mexico Statutes
§ 44-2-5 — [Adequate remedy at law; writ will not issue; who may
obtain writ.] The writ shall not issue in any case where there is a plain, speedy and adequate remedy in the ordinary course of law. It shall issue on the information of the party beneficially interested.
