§ 42-2-9 — Time for answering
New Mexico·Ch. 42 Actions and Proceedings Relating to Property·Art. 2 Special Alternative Condemnation Procedure
The defendant or his attorney shall file his answer to the petition within thirty days after service of the petition and notice.
