Text

The supreme court building commission has care, custody and control of the supreme court building and its grounds, along with all equipment, furniture and fixtures purchased or used by agencies of the judicial department housed in the building. With respect to this property, the commission shall: A. provide for the preservation, repair, care, cleaning, heating and lighting; and B. hire necessary employees for this purpose and fix their compensation and terms of employment, but no compensation shall be paid to any person who is paid compensation by any other agency of the state.
