The attorney general and the New Mexico office of Indian affairs [Indian affairs department] are authorized jointly to promulgate necessary regulations, pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act [12-8-1 to 12-8-25 NMSA 1978], to further the purpose and implement the provisions of the Indian Arts and Crafts Sales Act [30-33-1 to 30-33- 11 NMSA 1978].
