Text
Encouraging violation of probation, parole or bail consists of intentionally aiding or encouraging a person known by him to be on parole, probation or bail to abscond or to violate a term or condition of his probation, parole or bail. Whoever commits encouraging violation of probation, parole or bail is guilty of a misdemeanor.
