§ 30-18-6 — Transporting stolen livestock

Transporting stolen livestock consists of knowingly transporting or carrying any stolen or unlawfully possessed livestock or any unlawfully possessed game animal, or any parts thereof. Whoever commits transporting stolen livestock is guilty of a fourth degree felony.
