Text
An immigrant may be eligible to receive cash assistance and services if the immigrant is: A. from one of the classes of immigrants defined in the federal act who entered the United States prior to August 22, 1996; or B. a qualified immigrant as defined in the federal act who entered the United States after August 22, 1996.
