Text
Except for the information provided pursuant to Paragraphs (2) through (6) of Subsection E of Section 24A-9-6 NMSA 1978, all documents, materials or other information in the possession or control of the authority that are obtained by or disclosed to the authority, the authority's contracted experts, the attorney general, the office or any other governmental entity in the course of a review under the Health Care Consolidation Oversight Act are confidential.
