delivery system; lead agency; service delivery system. A. The "interagency committee on long-term care" is created. B. Members of the interagency committee on long-term care shall be the heads of the following agencies or their designated representatives:

(1)the authority;
(2)the aging and long-term services department;
(3)the department of health;
(4)the children, youth and families department;
(5)the workforce solutions department;
(6)the governor's commission on disability;
(7)the developmental disabilities council; and (8) the office of superintendent of insurance. C.
