Text

A. The state librarian, ex officio, is the compact administrator. B. The compact administrator shall:

(1)receive copies of all agreements entered into by the state or its political subdivisions and other states or political subdivisions;
(2)consult with, advise and aid the state and its political subdivisions in the formulation of such agreements;
(3)make recommendations to the governor, legislature, state agencies and departments and to the political subdivisions of the state, as he deems desirable to carry out the purposes of the interstate library compact; and (4) consult and cooperate with the compact administrators of other party states.
