county.] That an annual bi-state fair may be held in Curry county, New Mexico, at which shall be exhibited livestock, poultry, vegetables, fruits, grains and other agricultural products; minerals, ores and other mining exhibits; machinery, farm implements and all other things which may be in the interest of advancing agricultural, horticultural, stock raising, mining, mechanical and other industrial pursuits of New Mexico generally, and any county of the state may erect, maintain, furnish or donate exhibits consonant with the purposes, and in furtherance of the interest of said fair.
