Text
All bonds issued pursuant to this act [16-6-13 to 16-6-22 NMSA 1978] shall be obligations of the New Mexico state fair, and such bonds shall be payable in accordance with the terms thereof and shall not be obligations general, special or otherwise of the state of New Mexico. Such bonds shall not constitute a debt, legal or moral, of the state of New Mexico, and shall not be enforceable against the state.
