§ 16-2-5 — Director of division; qualifications
The director of the state park and recreation division [state parks division] of the energy, minerals and natural resources department shall be qualified for that office if he has: A. education and practical field experience in the field of parks and recreation; and B. demonstrated administrative capabilities in parks management.
