administration. A. The "New Mexico-Sonora commission" is created and is administratively attached to the economic development department. B. The members of the commission representing New Mexico shall be:
(1)the governor of New Mexico;
(2)the secretary of economic development;
(3)the secretary of tourism;
(4)other state officials as assigned by the governor; and (5) no more than nine members of the public appointed by the governor of New Mexico. C. The members of the commission representing Sonora shall be appointed or assigned according to regulations and procedures governing commissions in that state. D.
