Text
A supplier is authorized to reduce or discontinue monthly allocations of petroleum products with any New Mexico distributor if the supplier: A. furnishes the distributor with an alternative source of monthly allocations of petroleum products of equal type, grade, quantity and equivalent delivery location or, in the event the distributor refuses to accept the alternative source; and B. agrees to supply the distributor with monthly allocations of petroleum products for a period of thirty months after furnishing the distributor and the governor with notice of the tender of the alternative source of monthly allocations of petroleum products and of its intention to discontinue or reduce such allocations.
