New Mexico Statutes
§ 12-10A-16 — Job protection for a person who is isolated or
quarantined. An employer or an agent of an employer shall not discharge from employment a person who is placed in isolation or quarantine pursuant to the provisions of the Public Health Emergency Response Act.
