§ 1-8-47 — Independent candidates for general or United States
representative special elections; withdrawal of name. The provisions of the Election Code [Chapter 1 NMSA 1978] pertaining to the withdrawal of candidates from the general election shall apply to the withdrawal of independent candidates.
