Text

A court of competent jurisdiction of this state may issue an injunction or grant other equitable relief appropriate to ensure substantial compliance with, or enforce, the Uniform Military and Overseas Voters Act on application by: A. a federal qualified elector alleging a grievance under the Uniform Military and Overseas Voters Act; or B. an election official in this state.
