Text
The secretary of state, upon the recommendation of the voting system certification committee, shall implement an electronic free-access system by which a federal qualified elector may determine by telephone, electronic mail or internet whether the federal qualified elector's: A. federal postcard application or other registration or military-overseas ballot application has been received and accepted; and B. military-overseas ballot has been received and the current status of the ballot.
