§ 1-20-21 — Unlawful possession of alcoholic liquors
Unlawful possession of alcoholic liquors consists of the use or possession of any alcoholic liquor by any member of the election board while performing official duties on election day. Whoever commits unlawful possession of alcoholic liquors is guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
