New Mexico Statutes
§ 1-18-4 — Federal constitutional amendments; per diem and mileage of
delegates. Delegates to the ratification convention shall be paid per diem and mileage at the same rate as provided for members of the legislature; provided that such per diem shall not be paid for any period of time exceeding three calendar days.
