Text
composition. The ratification convention shall be composed of each member of the state legislature. The convention shall meet in the chamber of the house of representatives and, where applicable, the rules of the house of representatives shall govern the proceedings of the convention. The lieutenant governor shall be the president of the convention and shall be the presiding officer. He shall be assisted in his duties by the speaker of the house of representatives and the president pro tempore of the senate.
