New Mexico Statutes
§ 1-18-1 — Federal constitutional amendments; ratification convention;
proclamation. Within ten days after receipt of official notification of an action of congress proposing to conventions in the several states an amendment to the constitution of the United States, the governor shall, by proclamation, call a convention for the purpose of ratifying or rejecting the proposed amendment.
