§ 9:3-37 — Liberal construction; rights of affected persons.
New Jersey·Title 9 CHILDREN--JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURTS
1.This act shall be liberally construed to the end that the best interests of children be promoted and that the safety of children be of paramount concern. Due regard shall be given to the rights of all persons affected by an adoption. L.1977,c.367,s.1; amended 1999, c.53, s.1.
