§ 6:1-87 — Injunctions

New Jersey·Title 6 AVIATION
The commissioner may institute, in any court of competent jurisdiction, an action in the name of the State to prevent, restrain, correct, or abate any violation of any provision of this act, and the court shall adjudge to the State such relief, by way of injunction or otherwise, as may be proper under all the facts and circumstances of the case, to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1983, c. 260, s. 8, eff. July 7, 1983.
