§ 6:1-40 — Licenses: possession; inspection
New Jersey·Title 6 AVIATION
Any pilot licensed under this chapter shall at all times have his license and the license of the aircraft operated by him or under his control available for inspection by any officer charged with the enforcement of this chapter. L.1938, c. 48, p. 135, s. 21.
