Any municipal or other entity vested with authority to adopt rules and regulations concerning the development and use of land may adopt requirements more restrictive than those contained in the rules and regulations adopted by the department for the floodway and than those contained in the minimum standards promulgated by the department. L.1972, c. 185, s. 11, eff. Dec. 14, 1972.
