§ 58:11B-7 — Covenants.

7.In any resolution of the trust authorizing or relating to the issuance of any of its bonds, notes or other obligations, the trust, in order to secure the payment of the bonds, notes or other obligations and in addition to its other powers, may by provisions therein which shall constitute covenants by the trust and contracts with the holders of the bonds, notes or other obligations: a. Secure the bonds, notes or other obligations as provided in section 6 of P.L.1985, c.334 (C.58:11B-6); b. Covenant against pledging all or part of its revenues or receipts; c. Covenant with respect to limitations on any right to sell, mortgage, lease or otherwise dispose of any notes, bonds or other obligations of local government units or other persons, or any part thereof, or any property of any kind; d.
