Text

The State department, before it renews any permit, shall be satisfied of the following facts:

(a)That the approved physical connection has been tested for tightness under prevailing pressure conditions at least every 3 months;
(b)That the approved physical connection has been subjected to an internal inspection within 6 months prior to the application; and (c) That the local board of health, the State department, and the owner of the water supply set forth in section 3 of this act, have determined that the approved physical connection was functioning satisfactorily.
