Text

Upon evidence duly ascertained by the State department, or by the commissioner of health, or furnished to the department by any local board of health, or by the owner of an approved public water supply, that the person authorized under a permit issued under the provisions of this act to maintain an approved physical connection, is violating any of the rules, regulations, or statutes governing such physical connection, the State department or the commissioner of health shall, upon hearing, revoke such permit. No such permit shall be renewed or restored until the State department is satisfied that all the provisions of this act are or have been strictly complied with. L.1942, c. 308, p. 1141, s.
