Text
No person, corporation, or municipality shall maintain, own, or operate a physical connection between an approved public potable water supply and an unapproved water supply, unless the person, corporation, or municipality first obtains a permit from the State Department. All such permits shall expire on April first of each year unless an earlier date is specified in the permit. L.1942, c. 308, p. 1140, s. 2.
