Text
If any person, corporation or municipality violates any of the provisions of this act or rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, the department or any county, municipality, authority, commission, or any other public body or agency owning, operating or controlling, separately or jointly, the sewage treatment works wherein the said violation occurs may institute a civil action in the Superior Court for injunctive relief to prohibit and prevent such violation and the said court may proceed in the action in a summary manner. L.1972, c. 42, s. 6, eff. June 1, 1972.
