§ 58:11-48 — Violation; penalties
New Jersey·Title 58 WATERS AND WATER SUPPLY
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act or the rules and regulations adopted hereunder shall be liable to the penalties set forth in section 17 of the act of which this act is a supplement. L.1966, c. 143, s. 6.
