9.The Department of Environmental Protection, in consultation with the Department of Agriculture, may adopt, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations to implement sections 1 through 8 of this act. L.2010, c.112, s.9.
