Text
7.The provisions of this act, and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto, shall preempt any ordinance or resolution of a municipality, county or local health agency concerning the application of fertilizer to turf, except as authorized pursuant to subsection b. of section 5 of this act. L.2010, c.112, s.7.
