§ 58:10A-60 — Application for approval
New Jersey·Title 58 WATERS AND WATER SUPPLY
The department shall apply, within six months of the effective date of this act, to the United States Environmental Protection Agency for such approval as is necessary to implement the provisions of section 1 of this act. P.L. 1988, c. 117, s. 5.
