§ 58:10A-41 — Conformance to land-based sludge management criteria
New Jersey·Title 58 WATERS AND WATER SUPPLY
On or after March 17, 1991, all sludge generated in this State by municipal treatment works shall conform to the land-based sludge management criteria. P.L. 1988, c. 56, s. 4.
