Text
The owner or operator of a facility equipped with a monitoring system who has obtained a permit for groundwater discharges pursuant to section 6 of P.L. 1977, c. 74 (C. 58:10A-6) is exempt from the requirements of section 9 of this act. L. 1986, c. 102, s. 13, eff. Sept. 3, 1986.
