§ 58:10A-32 — Penalties
New Jersey·Title 58 WATERS AND WATER SUPPLY
A person violating the provisions of this act is liable to the penalties prescribed in section 10 of P.L. 1977, c. 74 (C. 58:10A-10). L. 1986, c. 102, s. 12, eff. Sept. 3, 1986.
