Text
The owner or operator of a facility shall maintain inventory records for each underground storage tank which shall, at a minimum, record daily hazardous substance transfers and a periodic average. These records shall be maintained at the site of the facility for at least one year. L. 1986, c. 102, s. 7, eff. Sept. 3, 1986.
