§ 58:10A-19 — Confidentiality of information from manufacturer
New Jersey·Title 58 WATERS AND WATER SUPPLY
The commissioner shall hold confidential any information obtained pursuant to subsection b. of section 4 of this act when shown by any manufacturer that the information, if made public, would divulge competitive business information, methods or processes entitled to protection as trade secrets of the manufacturer. L.1981, c. 253, s. 5, eff. Aug. 12, 1981.
