§ 58:10A-16 — Definitions
New Jersey·Title 58 WATERS AND WATER SUPPLY
As used in this act: a. "Sewage system cleaner" means any solid or liquid material intended or used primarily for the purpose of cleaning, treating, degreasing, unclogging, disinfecting or deodorizing any part of a sewage system but excluding those liquid or solid products intended or used primarily for manual cleaning, scouring, treating, deodorizing or disinfecting the surfaces of common plumbing fixtures.
b."Sewage system" means any part of a wastewater disposal system, including but not limited to all toilets, piping, drains, sewers, septic tanks, distribution boxes, absorption fields, seepage pits, cesspools, and dry wells.
c."Restricted chemical material" means any chemical material which contains concentrations in excess of one part per hundred, by weight of (1) any halogenated hy
