§ 58:10A-18 — Regulations; identification and quantification of ingredients; information by manufacturers; deletion or addition to list of restricted chemical material
New Jersey·Title 58 WATERS AND WATER SUPPLY
a.The commissioner shall, within 90 days of the effective date of this act, promulgate regulations establishing methods for identification and quantification of ingredients in sewage system cleaners containing any restricted chemical material.
b.The commissioner shall, within 180 days of the effective date of this act, promulgate regulations requiring manufacturers of sewage system cleaners distributed, sold or offered for sale in this State to furnish to the commissioner any existing information regarding chemical components of such products, including the nature and extent of investigations and research performed by the manufacturer concerning the effects of such products on the quality of the groundwaters of the State, provided that, in lieu of furnishing this information, the manufac
