Text

1.An information service constitutes a service within the term "merchandise" as defined in P.L.1960, c.39 (C.56:8-1 et seq.), and the provisions of that law concerning the advertisement and sale of merchandise shall have the same application to the advertisement and sale of an information service. L.1991,c.416,s.1.
