§ 56:8-36 — Rules and regulations

New Jersey·Title 56 TRADE NAMES, TRADE-MARKS AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES

The director, pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement this act. L.1983, c. 135, s. 11.
