Text

The director, after notice to the licensee and reasonable opportunity for the licensee to be heard, may revoke his license or may suspend his license for any period which the director deems proper, upon satisfactory proof that the licensee has violated this act, any condition of his license or any rule or regulation of the division promulgated pursuant to this act. L.1983, c. 135, s. 6.
