§ 56:8-220 — Unlawful practice.

6.It shall be an unlawful practice pursuant to P.L.1960, c.39 (C.56:8-1 et seq.) for an operator of an online education service to violate the provisions of P.L.2019, c.494 (C.56:8-215 et seq.), or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto. L.2017, c.494, s.6.
